5.    Any loose paint or other imperfections on walls or ceilings to be removed by scraping and sanding
 
6.    Cracks and holes in walls and ceilings to be repaired with the appropriate filler, sanded, and primed. Fiberglass tape can be applied over cracks were necessary for a more permanent repair
 
7.    Holes in the woodwork to be filled, sanded smooth and primed imperfections and damaged areas to be smooth by sanding
 
8.    Open joins and gaps between different surfaces to be caulked with acrylic, gap fillers for a neater and more finished appearance
