1.    Only the best and the most technologically advanced (non toxic, eco-paints) materials on the market will be used to complete your project
 
2.    All areas around our business or home will be protected from start to finish by drop clothes or poly plastic
 
3.    All surfaces to be painted will be thoroughly pressure washed and cleaned
 
4.    This step helps new paint adhere to the existing surface, removes harmful pollutants and dirt. Mildew (which can degrade the paint coating from
the outside or inside) to be treated and killed
 
5.    All areas of loose paint will be removed. Further sanding and smoothing may be necessary for maintenance and cosmetic consideration.
An appropriate exterior primer to be applied to all bare wood and metal to assure proper adhesion of the new paint. This step also helps prevent future peeling in this area
 
6.    Any loose caulking to be removed and replaced. Any open gaps to be filled with new caulking to prevent rainwater from penetrating  below the surface
 
7.    All loose nails to be reset and re- puttied as necessary
 
8.    All excess paint to be removed from windows and the entire area to be left clean and tidy
 
9.    Touch up paint to be left for your future convenience in labelled containers
 
10.    Free inspection, one year after completion
 
11.    Fixed date for commencing and completion of your project exterior painting
